Registration & payment
The registration fee includes access to the 2-day conference, coffee breaks, lunches on the 8th and 9th December, and a cocktail party on the evening of the 8th.

The payment process will be completed online through the conference website.
Registration fees will be covered only for participants selected for a short oral presentation based on their abstract.
No badge will be sent in advance. Please pick up your badge upon arrival at the conference reception desk.
Abstract submission
- Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations is available until 20 October 2026 midnight. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the abstract selection by 23 October 2026.
- To submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation: max 1 500 characters, and in English only.
- Poster features: size A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and portrait only.
Cancellation policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the ICIID Lille 2026 Secretariat, sent by email to secretary@iciid-lille2026.org.
- Cancellations received on or before 25 October 2026 will be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- No reimbursement will be possible for cancellations received from 26 October 2026 onwards.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation request.
