Registration & payment
The registration fee includes access to the 2-day conference, coffee breaks, lunches on the 8th and 9th December, and a cocktail party on the evening of the 8th.

The payments process will be online throught the website.
The registration fees for speakers selected to give a short talk based on their abstract, will be covered by the CPER Resistomics.
PhD students at the University of Lille whose abstract will be selected for poster presentations will be eligible for free registration under the SF2i (« Structure Fédérative de Recherche – Infection et Inflammation – Lille ») scholarship.
No badge will be sent in advance. Please pick up your badge upon arrival at the conference reception desk.
Abstract submission
- Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations is available until 15 July 2026 midnight. Results will be announced in early September 2026.
- To submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation: max 1 500 characters, and in English only.
- Poster features: size A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and portrait only.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the Eurogeo8 Secretariat, sent by email to secretary@iciid-lille2026.org.
• Cancellations received before September 30th, 2026 – full refund
• Cancellations received from October 1st, 2026 – no refund.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
